Once the space is settled on, decorative lighting, furniture, and equipment plans are created, tagged, itemized, and referenced on a budget so you can work through the project in an organized way. Often, throughout the project, we will touch base and make sure these plans are accurate, or if the scope has changed.
3D Models
Plan sets might be what you need, and that's ok, but most of our projects include a 3d model of your space, so everyone is on the same page, to help communicate that design and hone in on details needed. Often it's one of the most important elements to fundraise for the project, and it's a tool while in the field, being accessible at the touch of a button. Renderings, and Elevations are easily adjusted and captured for a multitude of uses, and Video Walk-though's are just icing on top of

Custom architectural elements, furniture, and signage combine with a curation of finishes and goods to make sure you are ready for business!
